Natural variations between production batches may occur. Colours shown on our website, in brochures or other marketing materials are intended as a guide only and may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing processes. Hardware finishes may vary slightly between production batches. Natural ageing, environmental conditions and cleaning products may affect the appearance of certain finishes over time and shall not be regarded as defects.

Consumer cancellation rights depend on the type of product ordered.
Products made to the customer’s measurements or other individual specifications, or which are clearly personalised, may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This exemption may apply from the point at which the contract is formed and does not necessarily depend upon manufacture having commenced.
Standard products that are not made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may remain subject to applicable statutory cancellation rights, as explained in our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
Where a cancellation right does not apply, we may nevertheless consider a cancellation request before manufacture or procurement begins. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsuitable site conditions, incorrect storage or handling, installation by another person, misuse, or a failure to follow supplied instructions, except to the extent that the loss was caused by our own breach of contract or negligence.
We supply products to consumers for private and domestic use. If a consumer uses a product for a commercial, business or resale purpose, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
